Hi Tom,
The only marks I can find on this saddle is # 535. It was sold as a complete set by Sears& Roebuck. It is in good condition.
It is not a childs saddle. it has a 15 inch seat. I was told by an auctioneer that it is worth about $1500 because it is a complete set. he said it is hard to find a complete set. Saddle is located in South Carolina.  As  you said, lets give it a try.
