Owner says, "Have been asking around about this saddle and I've had it 20 yrs. plus.I saw a man that was older that said he thought it had belonged to Ralph Lewis from Champlain, NY And he thinks its the one he rode in the Rose Bowl Parade on his Palimino Stallion.
