Tom...I have a black, silvered parade saddle...hung on my office wall for about 25 years. Also have the martingale...but not the bridle as I'm told it was sold with the horse. I'm near 70 and turning things into cash. Here's the deal on the saddle. It looks like a Bohlin saddle but it does not have the saddle makers name on it. It was a saddle Gene Autry had made for a friend of his, a Mort Kallis. They rode in the Pasadena parades together and were close friends. Autry and Mort, and a few others, owned the Boca Rattan. All are dead now. I traced down family one of which is a law professor and he gave me documentation on the saddle indicating solidly that it was an Autry gift to his grandfather...he even polished the silver as a kid. So, it being a Bohlins is not firm. A gift from Autry is. In fact I don't know who made it but it surely looks Bohlin.
